GazIntech and SAP AG Company held a joint seminar within the bounds of the business forum “FOOD DIRECTOR”. The topic of the seminar “Effective retail trade management technologies based on the SAP solution. Practice of SAP and branch leader’s experience” revealed the main topic of the forum this year “RETAIL BUSINESS IN 2006: BREAK-THROUGH IN TECHNOLOGIES AGAINST EFFICIENCY FACTOR CRISIS?”. Members of the seminar pointed to wide resources of solutions based on SAP platform. Special interest was shown to implementation peculiarities and methods enabling the reduction of risks, costs and time loss in the course of projects on introduction of such solutions. During the speech of GazIntech these issues were covered by the example of the experience with “The Seventh Continent” and the concept of distributed solution for retail and wholesale networks.
